Genre: I strongly believe I have a unique stlye of songwriting and sound. My tunes range from chunky drop D rythems to full sounding, tear jerking ballads. Look out Nova Scotia, Dave's coming to town! :)

Was in a band called "BackBeat" a number of years ago. We played the major bars in town, and things were looking up until myself and the lead singer decided to go to BC to "make it big."

6 years later, I've been back in Nova Scotia for 3 years fine tuning my craft. I am currently studying voice at the Music Conservatory in Dartmouth, getting ready to show my tunes to the world.

I plan on hitting the open mics in a few short months to get "back in the saddle" so to speak, to get my face and music out there so that I will have a better opportunity to form the band I've been dreaming of.

I play a Godin electric with a Mesa/Boogie .50 cal plus head and a 4 by 12 cab. I also use a black Washburn acoustic for songwriting and open mics.

I do my own recording for songwriting purposes on my computer that runs cool edit pro complimented with a few very good plugins.
