	Genre: Dynamic modern rock, saturated with hook laden melodies and soul crushing grooves. News & Events: Twist is featured on the motion picture soundtrack, for the Prophecy Entertainment release, "Ripper - Letter From Hell." Here's the dirty on former members of Twist: Blaine's band Tourist is about to break out across Canada. The band is made up of former members of Morning Maker and Twist, and includes Portland, Oregon guitarist Andy Skov. Recently joined by former Twist member (and Shocore) is Bob Wagner on drums. Tourist are 2004 99.3 CFOX Vancouver Seeds alumni. Currently in studio finishing up the recording for their debut release. Working with Mike Fraser and Brad Nichols from Red Road, their brand new production company based out of Vancouver. Tourist will be heading out with the Budweiser True Music Tour for the summer of 2005. Look for the tour dates at www.touristband.com or at Budweiser starting in May. Biography
	Twist began as a concept of producer/songwriter Steve Ricker (guitar). Joined by former Econoline Crush members, Bob Wagner (drums), and Ken Fleming (bass), the king sized rhythm section of Twist is soul crushing. Heavy guitar riffs and poppy electronica are colored by Blaine Braun's fresh vocal style, saturated by hook-laden melodies and intense power.
