Biography
	Undeniably one of the most talented and professional independent bands on the scene, Pushing Daisies released their debut album "Pretending to be Famous" in 1999. Their first music video for the single "Disagree" hit the MuchMusic airwaves last spring, and was nominated Outstanding Music Video at the 2000 Prairie Music Awards, Best Music Video at the 2001 Blizzard Awards, and Best Music Video at the 2001 Yorkton Short Film & Video Festival. Other highlights for the Daisies in 2000 include touring with The Guess Who on their "Running Back Thru Canada Tour," opening several shows in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario. The Daisies recently re-launched their official website, making it more interactive and informative. Check it out!!
