| The Kingfish was formed in early 1997.The band consists of five members.The Kingfish have just completed their first Canadian tour.They have opened for many great Canadian legends such as AprilWine,Trooper, Prism, Toronto, The Stampeders, The Headpins, Doug and The Slugs And more.They have their first CD out which is entitled THE KINGFISH.The CD has had extensive airplay on radio stations CFNR and THE MAXX Prince George.The boys are currently in the studio working on the follow up cd which will be due for release in the late spring of 2000.It will consist of 10 songs and be geared towards a heavy alternative side of music.We think the people who support us now will not be dissapointed by the new material the band is putting out. We are in the studio presently and are gearing towards a spring release if all goes well. Thanks for the support and hope to see you in 2000. |
