Deville from Calgary, AB, Canada

Genre: Deville is a five piece melodic punk band from Canada. Take Barry Manilow, smash it right in the face, add some Pantera, fill it with driving guitars and intense vocal harmonies, mix it all up and you've got yourself one bad ass Motha-#$%&#@!

Official site: http://www.devillepunk.com

News & Events: We will be on tour from Jan 17th right up until Feb 14th, 2001. The tour will consist of 28 dates throughout the U.S. In the initial stage of the tour we will be traveling solo, but during the last half, we will be touring with LWL from the States. The tour starts in North Dakota and we will end up in Florida although some of the dates are still pending. Our CD - "Pleasure To Burn" is set to release in the States on Jumpstart Records, for March 6th, 2001, and will hopefully be in record stores within the week (If it were only that easy..) So all of our American fans keep your eyes peeled! Deville has tentative plans to tour across Canada w/ Downway, Belvedere and another band yet to be announced, come early Spring 2001. Check back to the site for dates and venues. If you would like us to play in your town contact us at devillemusic@hotmail.com and we would be happy to try and accommodate your request or provide info on the shows closest to you. We have been working on new material for the upcoming release (sorry no word on a title yet....) And have plans to release a video. We would appreciate your "VOTE" as to what song(s) you would like to see a video for. And if you have any ideas to what the video could be about then drop us a line! Just send us an e-mail titled "Deville Video" including your vote and any other thoughts you might have to devillemusic@hotmail.com. We will get back to everyone with more info on the video when we total the votes over the next couple months.

We have uploaded to Farmclub.com!! Please go the URL http://www.farmclub.com and visit the digital jukebox to vote!! Just run a search for us and pick your favourite tune and vote us in. If you would like to see us real bad!? Tell your best friends and their friends and then their friends, friends and even your dog to vote!!! Hopefully we'll get enough votes, and a spot on the show. And then the little punk band from Canada will be coming to a television set near you!! Last but not least.... We want to say a big thanx to everybody that has given us support over the years and for all the help that we've received. We couldn't have done anything without it. Until next time!

Biography
They began their days of entertaining at an early age with The Mickey Mouse club, performing along side Britney Spears and Christina. (Yummy!) Of course they were forced to quit due to them being too hot for TV. Forming in 1999 and signing to Hourglass Records out of Calgary, Alberta, Deville has progressed into a band that writes technical music, and has emotion in their vocals as well as harmony. Deville has now toured across Canada and the eastern States, establishing a good fan base throughout. With their first album "Pleasure To Burn" recorded by legendary producer Blair Calibaba (Gob, Brand New Unit) under their belts, they continue to perform and attract the attention that they deserve. When all’s said and done, this is only the beginning...
