May 15 -- Join the CCF and many other local bands playing their fave 70's rock hits at the Night Gallery's 5th anual "Moustache Rock" Then, on May 25th the CCF are astounded to report that we will be opening for Tricky Woo and Nashville Pussy as they destroy Calgary. Pray for mercy... March 2 -- The CCF hit the Night Gallery stage with the English Teeth & the Ex Boyfriends. Available for the first time ever will be a new 5 song e.p. called C.C.F.E.P.3. Once again, limited quantities, get'em while they're hot. Jan 26 -- Rumor has it that Whitey Christ will join us yet again on the stage at the Night Gallery tonight. Also, limited edition "live w/Whitey Christ" 3 song E.P.'s will be available. We only made 20 so get'em early. Jan 16 -- We've got a new mp3 up featuring Whitey Christ on 2nd guitar. Check out the mp3 link to hear Red Headed Step Child live! Jan 5 -- New show announcement: Jan 21 @ the Metro with cowpunks, the Agriculture Club. Also, keep your ears peeled for live ccf recordings featuring a guest appearance on 2nd guitar by Iggy Pop's guitar slinger, Whitey Christ who you may have seen joining us onstage New Years eve @ the Castle. Nov 3 -- With the CCF's lineup finally cemented we are happy to announce our first world tour. 3 days of intense planning and booking has resulted in the following dates: Nov 18th @ the Night Gallery in Calgary with the Agriculture Club & 66 Breakout, January 27th @ the New City Likwid Lounge in Edmonton with Defeat. The CCF look forward to rocking your town. A live album and tour documentary are planned for the new year.
