| Well it all started October 1998, Cory Halex and James Bekecs (Bass & Vox) were sitting in a boring computer class, they had an idea that they should start up a Christian Hardcore/Punk band. James knew of the prefect drummer and a good friend, Shay Nickolet. James played Guitar so i guess it was his plan to be the guitarist. Anyways Cory was the vocals, and a pretty cool teacher named Dan. Breitkreitz who played bass, so we'd thought we would ask him. That week we got our answer from Mr.B and it was "yea sure ill do it". James was on the phone with Jamie Salloum of (Awol fka Nidus) who refered a guitarist named Adam Andritz, which would fit our style perfectly. So yes you guessed it Adam Became out Guitarist. Through many days of practicing and yelling our guts out (now November 98), the final members of the band stuck together, and we became Blameless. Adam Andritz plays Guitar and is back up vocals, Nick plays Drums and some Vocals James Bekecs is Bass and lead vocals. Mr.B better known within the band as Mr. Bragrights, had to leave the band because of personal reasons, but is still our teacher and mentor. Since he is a professional (he can practically play any insturment you name) he taught us alot about music. Not to mention his patients was very outstanding (were all DoInKs). I gotta tell you this guy is the bom b. He's saved us so many times, when we had busted all of our guitar strings, he would always magically pull them out of his ears. Drumsticks, pics, distortion pedals you name it he had it. He also let us use his symbols and an extra bass drum. Do you know what bass guitar James is using right now um.... Mr. Breitkreitz's, well u get the picture, all in all he is an awesome guy
Our goal is plain and simple. Were just doing what Jesus told his desciples to do. "Go out unto all the world and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ". We are glad to talk to anyone whether it's about our music, God, if they have a problem in thier life that they are really struggling with. or if they just want to hang out after the show, thats cool too. |
